By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a product, enrolling in a class, attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
BOOKINGS AND CLASS REGISTRATIONS
All class bookings, workshops, holiday programmes and events are subject to availability.
Bambanani reserves the right to limit participant numbers, cancel classes, amend schedules, substitute instructors, or change programme content where reasonably necessary.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND CREDITS
Where a participant cancels more than 24 hours before a scheduled class, Bambanani may, at its discretion, issue a class credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or failure to attend a booked class, may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Refunds are generally not provided for missed classes, workshops or events.
Where Bambanani cancels a class or programme, participants will receive either a replacement class, class credit or refund at Bambanani’s discretion.
CHILD SUPERVISION
Parents, guardians or caregivers remain responsible for their children at all times unless participating in a designated supervised drop-off programme.
Children attending independent classes must be signed in and collected by an authorised adult.
Bambanani reserves the right to refuse participation where a child’s behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other children, staff members or property.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Participation in classes, workshops, activities, events and play areas is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Parents and guardians acknowledge that children’s activities may involve physical movement, climbing, dancing, exercise, crafts and other activities that carry an inherent risk of injury.
While Bambanani takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment, Bambanani, its directors, employees, contractors and instructors shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage or expenses arising from participation except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Parents are responsible for informing Bambanani of any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities or special requirements that may affect participation.
FOOD, ALLERGIES AND RESTAURANT SERVICES
Bambanani serves food and beverages prepared in facilities that may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy and other allergens.
While every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, Bambanani cannot guarantee that any food item will be completely free from allergens.
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements are responsible for informing staff before placing an order.
Menu items, ingredients and prices are subject to change without notice.
ONLINE STORE
Products available through the Bambanani online store may include food products, Bambanola, toys, gifts, educational products, merchandise and other related items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Food Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, food products including Bambanola and other edible products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Toys, Merchandise and Other Products
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Approved returns may be refunded, exchanged or issued as a store credit at Bambanani’s discretion.
Courier costs relating to returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Bambanani.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT
From time to time Bambanani may photograph or record activities, classes, events and programmes for marketing, educational and promotional purposes.
By attending Bambanani activities, participants grant permission for the use of such photographs and recordings unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.
Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photographs or promotional material must notify Bambanani in writing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Bambanani programmes, class content, curriculum materials, activities, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, educational content and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Bambanani.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.
